SUAP

The One-Stop-Shop for Productive Activities (Sportello Unico Attività Produttive - SUAP) is the only territorial public reference for all procedures involving I) running productive activities and presentation of services, ii) localization, realization, transformation, renovation or reconversion activities, iii) expansion, transfer or closing or reopening of said activities, including those covered by Legislative Decree no. 59 dated 26th March 2010.

Applications, declarations, notifications and communications concerning said activities and the inherent technical documents and attachments, can only be presented telematically to the SUAP using suitably arranged forms

The RECEIPT OF DELIVERY AUTOMATICALLY PRODUCED BY THE PEC SYSTEM provides the applicable reference for expiration of the terms and effects of the SCIA or Application and this must be attached with the "return receipt" of a REGISTERED LETTER.

The Point having territorial jurisdiction is the place where the activities are performed or the site located.

PAYMENT MODALITIES

The SUAP ensures a prompt, unequivocal response in lieu of any other municipal offices and public administrations involved in the procedure, including those governing environmental protection, landscape, territory, historical-artistic heritage and safeguarding of public health and safety.

Communications with the applicant are sent exclusively by the SUAP.

The municipalities of Gallicano nel Lazio, Grottaferrata, Monte Compatri, Rocca di Papa, Rocca Priora and Zagarolo jointly perform SUAP functions.
